This is a hilltop project under study near Pissouri village. The project is made up of approximately 100 villas and a central area with reception, spa facility and restaurant. Sustainability is a central concept within the design. At this stage the environmental strategy is being analysed for the individual villas and the site.

The objective of the project is to use PSD (Passive Solar Design) principles to design the site layout and the individual villas. Each villa will be equipped with PVs on the roof so that a net zero energy balance is achieved. The total energy consumption of each villa will be offset by the electricity produced by the PVs. For the owners of the villas this means that the cost of electricity will be kept to a minimum.
